Kim Diamond

President

Kim Diamond serves as President and General Manager of Dentalhitec Americas, where she is spearheading the U.S. and Canadian launch of the company’s digital dental anesthesia technology. In this role, Diamond is leading the introduction of a groundbreaking solution designed to deliver more comfortable, efficient anesthesia experiences for patients while equipping dental professionals with innovative tools for practice growth.

Before Dentalhitec Americas, Diamond spent 16 years at Henry Schein in senior leadership roles. She led technology sales, served as Vice President of Customer Delivery, and later as Vice President of Business Development, where she focused on DSOs, multisite practices, and alternate markets. In these roles, she built a reputation for accelerating the adoption of transformative technologies, driving practice efficiency, and forging partnerships across the dental ecosystem. She also served as Chief Customer Officer at Kleer/Membersy, where she advanced customer engagement and practice growth through innovative membership solutions.

Kim is passionate about elevating patient care, empowering dental professionals with advanced solutions, and building sustainable business models that benefit the entire ecosystem of dentistry.

Jeremy Villette

Vice President, Global Product and Innovation

Jeremy served as Vice President of Global Product and Innovation. He is a strategic leader with a career defined by advancing innovation in digital anesthesia on a global scale. His expertise in technology and dental innovation development, combined with a deep-rooted
passion for engineering excellence, enables him to identify emerging opportunities and lead organizations toward a more innovative and competitive future. A native of France, Jeremy is a licensed and seasoned helicopter pilot.

Allison Barlow

Business Development Manager

Allison Barlow leads Dentalhitec’s North American business development strategy and sales. With over a decade of combined experience in dentistry and sales, Allison brings a unique perspective as both a former dental hygienist and proven sales leader. Most recently, she served as West Regional Account Manager for Avalon Biomed, where she drove double-digit growth across endodontic product lines and led key initiatives in customer education, marketing, and business development. Allison is passionate about advancing dental technologies, building strong client partnerships, and supporting clinicians with innovative solutions that elevate patient care.
